Perhaps you’ve noticed some changes here today. Well, I’m very pleased to tell you that later this week I’ll be joined on this blog by Paul Harcourt Davies writing from rural Italy on an even broader range of topics than me, with a photographic emphasis on things macro. And not long after that, recently returned from what seems like months on the Shetlands on a magazine assignment, Andrew Parkinson. Andrew manages to spent indecently long spells in the field working his subjects in a depth that few of us, recreational or professional, manage nowadays. He will bring hardcore fur and feathers work to this blog. This is going to be something different and, for you I hope, useful, stimulating and, maybe even entertaining.
Great job! This is a very good sign of the times, and brilliant validation that you’re headed in the right direction with the blog and writing. Woot!
Gee, thanks! And this is from someone who knows, professionally, what he is talking about. We have a long way to go but with these fellows on board can really grow from the 5000 visits a month the blog currently gets.
My best
Niall
