MYN featured by National Geographic | France! CB

I’m really happy to share the good news that Meet Your Neighbours has been featured by NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC | France. It is humbling to watch this project grow and grow around the world thanks to the support of great people like Denis Palanque in France. Denis, thank you so much for being on the team and for your dedication! The salamanders are clapping (very quietly…but still, it counts). For daily updates on MYN become a fan of our Facebook page.

    Denis,

I love the ‘geometry’ of that snake. Congratulations on that feature, too!

In total agreement with Paul. The negative space created by the field studio is as important as the subject itself. I think composition also becomes much more important here when typical or natural background elements that can aid with this are absent.

I’ve followed MYN since it was made public and it’s been great to watch.

    Congratulations.

    Hi Chris,

Sorry for the belated response! Thanks so much for your support.

I enjoy the photos that include a bit of the natural environment the most. It adds a nice bit of context.

Perhaps you’ll be able to join us one of these days Chris!

    Clay
